Full disclosure-i did not use Taskabee Hive (or any other company) to take care of my lawn. I ended up mowing it myself, as I had a small area to mow, and I borrowed a mower to do it (mine was broken). My 5-star review is strictly for my overall interaction with Taskabee Hive. The owner responded to me at 6am (I submitted an inquiry at 2am!). Unfortunately, I did not see his response until much later in the day. He gave me an estimate based on my description of the lawn. I described the job as a small back yard area with a patch of very overgrown weeds. I thought the estimate was high, as the back yard is literally just a strip/path of grass in either side of a concrete walkway. I explained this to the owner. He offered a discount, and suggested I send photos so he could give a closer estimate of the rate for the job. He stated that he wanted to do what he could to help me out. He stated that if I could get back with him immediately, he would have the job done today; otherwise by late afternoon the following day. Unfortunately, when I later saw his response, my neighbor had offered his mower, and I’d already cut the grass. I know this post is long. But I value good customer service , and I want to be fair and honest. Taskabee Hive did not do any work for me. But the owner’s punctual responses, his willingness to do all he could to help me, and to negotiate or offer me the best rates he could—these virtues warrant a great rating for customer service. Many companies and individuals miss the mark for that these days.

I love returning to clients. I offer special discounts to those who book with me again, and another discount for those who leave reviews. Reviews, after all, help me meet more people and serve my community better.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive early, normally about 15 minutes. I introduce myself, and my customer will show me what they would like serviced. I ask questions for clarity, then I get to work. If a problem should I arise I address it and offer a solution. Once the task is complete, I offer a recurring service, along with my contact number.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience and training in all of the fields I have on my profile. I know how to solve problems that may arise, and I work effectively.
