- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We warranty all our work with a money back and retreatment warranty. If you commit to a service agreement plan we will reduce the cost of the initial service. We promise to use the highest quality products available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the needs of the customer, then customize a service plan to remedy their concerns then we provide a written service agreement via email. After the service agreement is signed digitally by the customer we schedule an appointment to come and perform the work that was agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business license. Pest Control applicator license. Over 30 years of industry specific experience.
