- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not complicated - we do not have a service call rate, plus a labor rate, and we do not use a "teaser" rate in advertising. We charge by the hour - on site, not portal-to-portal - for normal daily hours. Saturdays and emergencies may vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to provide a lot of educational information so that our customers can make informed decisions when ordering new doors or making extensive repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an accredited dealer member of the IDA and IDEA (accreditation and educational entities serving the overhead access industry)
