- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and straightforward with no hidden charges. Rates are based on the size and number of items, and I always provide free quotes before starting. I also offer discounts for larger projects, repeat customers, or when multiple pieces are scheduled together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the details of the job and asking if there are any special instructions. On arrival, I review the items, bring in the right tools, and set everything up carefully. Once built, I double-check stability, walk the customer through the finished work, and remove any trash or packaging. My goal is a clean, finished look and a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience. I’ve worked with all major brands (IKEA, Wayfair, Ashley, Walmart, Costco, Amazon pieces, and more) and know how to handle tricky builds like bunk beds, office desks, gym equipment, and outdoor sets. Experience is the best training in this line of work.
