Erkan really is a master! I’ve been renovating houses for years and contractors come and go, but these guys are some of the best I’ve come across recently. Here are a few things I appreciate about them.
1. Straight forward pricing at a great value:
Most contractors will start with one price and end with another that’s way higher, it’s a total mystery most of the time how they come up with their estimates, and then on top of it they charge you a fee to come give an estimate. I sent Erkan a couple photos, explained what I needed, he sent me a quote over thumbtack and that’s what I ended up paying, no funny business! That is honestly so refreshing and it saves me a lot of hassle.
2. Quick turnaround:
These guys have obviously been doing kitchen and bathrooms for a long time because they knew exactly what I needed done. One of the big tasks was to hang my ikea microwave over the stove. The instructions were pretty complicated and involved cutting through cabinets. No problem for these guys, they knew exactly how to do it and had it hung in about 30 minutes! Most contractors give you the “I’m booked 30 days out” or they come take a look and then start the actual work a month later. These guys said they’d be at my house at 9, they showed up exactly on time, took 5 minutes to look at the project, and got to work on the backsplash. They did a 40 sq.ft glass subway tile backsplash in a day, they worked until about 7 pm, came back the next day and grouted it in. I was surprised because glass tile can take a lot longer to cut, so it can slow a project down, but it didn’t seem to slow them down at all. They said they have 20 years of experience and I believe it. They also cut all the tile outside in my driveway which was nice.
3. Excellent tile work:
I have worked with more than a few tile setters as I’ve renovated houses, so it’s pretty easy for me to tell when someone knows what they’re doing vs. someone who doesn’t. I could tell that Erkan and his team were real tile pro’s and it shows in their work. We requested a horizontal stack pattern because we are doing a retro beach house look. While it’s not the most difficult pattern, they lined up all their grout joints perfectly, no lippage at all, and the cleaned up the tile nicely after grouting. We requested chrome profile on the edges, and that was no problem for them either. They did have to make some tricky cuts around the window, outlets, and microwave, but they got those perfect, and tiling inside the window frame is a small detail that they got right as well.
Overall, Erkan would be my first call on any kitchen and bath project going forward, couldn’t be more pleased, and that’s coming from someone who has renovated a handful of houses and is a stickler on the details, hire them today!

Erkan was amazing! Excellent workmanship on my backsplash! It was a complicated arabesque pattern and the guys were so diligent about making sure it was right. They showed up early Saturday morning and worked till after 5 pm. The next day they completed the job without taking a break. Very professional, hardworking & friendly! I highly recommend! 😊
