mr jones was AMAZING !!!!! he jusy didn't stand on the attic stairs, he crawled all the way to other side of house !!!! if he hadn't, we would not have known about the homeowners having 'mulch', thats right, mulch, as part of their insulation !!! he crawled all under house as well ! i was with him, asking questions, and he was sooooo knowledgeable, and patient' with me !!!! he took time to explain EVERYTHING !!! his report was best i've ever seen (i've had three home inspections, not same house). mr jones took TONS of picyures that showed very detail of all issues. i'm gonna buy him a pony !!! thank you mr jones, thank you thumbtack !
