After my spinal fusion surgery, I needed help keeping my condo neat and tidy. (I am retired and live alone.) I hired Active Cleaning to come by every other week to clean my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. On the first visit, we agreed on the cost and the schedule and the work to be done. After that, I saw them every other week. I am very happy with all of the cleaning, vacuuming and dusting tasks that were completed. The are a local business and not a franchise, so you are not talking to a call center in some other state, but someone right here in the local area. I believe in supporting local businesses.

She did not clean the living room at all. I asked her to clean one wall in the closet and she didn't do it either. She also double booked me for the day that we agreed on and I was flexible to let her come in a day earlier an she rewarded me by not cleaning the living room.

Hey when we were on the phone I asked about the whole apartment including the living room. There is no furniture to dust and clothes covered the entire floor, you said not to worry about it. You also said to skip the patio glass so I’m not sure what you expected in the “living room”.
