The move out clean was way better than I thought it could be! Everything looked so great and I wished I had hired them to clean regularly. They literally cleaned EVERYTHING so we can get our house ready for closing. They also cleaned the carpets and they looked almost brand new…got some stains out that a different carper cleaner couldn’t get out. Thank you so much Harrison’s!!!

I was moving out of my house and did not want to have to deal with cleaning on top of packing and moving AND working full time so I decided to hire a cleaning service. That was just one less thing I would have to deal with. Harrison's Cleaning Solutions turned out to have the best deal so I went with them. Michelle was very professional when messaging back and forth on here and I had tons of questions as this was my first time hiring a cleaning company. She responded promptly each time. The appointment was scheduled between 9-10 A.M and they arrived 10 minutes to 10 so they arrived as scheduled. I have to say that the Michelle that I messaged back and forth with was not the Michelle that I met in person. MEANING she seemed almost kinda of stand offish, I had to reach my hand out to shake her hand and introduce myself. In my opinion it should have been the other way around. The gentleman that came with her was bubbly, welcoming, introduced himself, acted and looked like he was happy to be there. I just didn't get that same vibe from Michelle. She wasn't rude just not very warm and inviting if you know what I mean. As far as the cleaning goes they did a great job with cleaning the house. It looked better than it did when I first moved in so I was very pleased. There was one area on the wall in the kitchen that she said couldn't get cleaned properly. The next day before meeting with my landlord I went and purchased the Mr Clean Eraser for a couple bucks and it came right off. No big deal. There were also some blinds in the living room and kitchen that were still very dusty. I don't know if they got missed or not but I didn't have time to look at EVERYTHING when she was done as I had a carpet cleaner there ready to start cleaning the carpets so I just did a quick walk-through and paid. I didn't have a chance to FULLY look until later. BUT all in all like I said, I think they did good work and I would like to chalk up Michelle's demeanor to that's just her personality.

Michelle was awesome. The house was spotless when she finished. I was most impressed when 5 min after arriving, she was moving the appliances in the kitchen to clean under them. 😊
