Carmen and her team at M2M were absolutely wonderful. They did a deep clean of my home and the results were fantastic; everything was spotless, including a very tough small-tile shower that needed real attention. The house needed their level of attention and they delivered. The pricing was fair, communication was easy, and the entire experience was stress-free. This company is the best cleaning company I’ve had! These ladies were on time, explained the pricing which was fair, and payed attention to detail! The cleaning was amazing, my house looks fantastic. They were very personable too! We had conversation and they even played with my dog Lola. I will be hiring them every time. 10/10 service for Hampton roads area!

The team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The downstairs of the house turned out great and they clearly worked hard. There were a few areas upstairs that seemed a bit rushed and could have used more attention, especially for a deep clean. Overall a good experience, and I appreciated their responsiveness when I brought it up. Would definitely work with them again!
