Good experience with this company. I submitted a request on the day I needed items moved and they accommodated. The team was prompt, professional, and efficient. Moving from a larger storage unit to another smaller unit took less than an hour. Well worth it!

Q & Rod did an excellent job moving my sectional sofa from the third floor to the first floor down the stairs. They were very careful and methodical maneuvering the awkward piece of furniture all the way down two flights of stairs in a very patient way. I was impressed! They got me on their schedule quickly. Reasonable pricing as well.

The team was faced with the task of moving an adjustable sleep number bed in order to replace a large area rug. The bed had to be basically taken apart to move and the team accomplished the task with professionalism and follow through. I also got same day service after I contacted Thumb Tack.

Had a bit of a issue with a moving truck and they ended up starting work 1 hour after the initial start time But they worked quickly. Wrapped items that needed to be wrapped, I had no issues other than the delayed start time. Would Def recommend them if your moving and looking for a reasonable priced, quick working gentlemen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are pretty much standard at all purpose junk and moving but are subject to change with certain details. The Time it takes to do a job, additional equipment needed outside of the standard, and hazardous working environments may all play a factor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new a customer our objective is to give them a peace of mind by greeting them properly, listening to what needs to be done, and performing the task in a safe and timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At all purpose all of our employees are required to have 30 days of on the job training prior to being in the field.
