I reached out to this company to have my yard priced. Seemed very communicative to get the work. We agreed on a price and set up a time for them to come the following week to do yard maintenance. Thought all was good to go. However, I never heard from them again, nor did they ever show up to cut my yard. I tried reaching out to them through Thumbtack that very day of due service, and I tried calling the next morning, but no one picked up or returned my call. Very disappointed and sadly unprofessional.

They came over to quote the work. Said they could do it and came up with some pretty cool ideas that we could do to help makeover our back yard. Told us they would potentially start work the same day but would reach back out to us about it. However, we never got an update. They just went ghost. Very upsetting because I was excited to give them my money.
