- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guarantee a fair rate, and will match any lower bid at 5% less
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview, then a personal meeting to discuss the details and pricing as well as additional options that my client might like. I book time to listen and not be rushing to the next appointment so my clients and I don't have to rush. A job worth doing is a job worth doing well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in many tradeskills including carpentry, electricity, animal behavior, nutrition and exercise, landscaping, gardening, Pharmacy, emergency medicine, hospice care, exotic animal care, guide and service dog training, Reiki healing for humans and animals, couples counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, herbology, art, faux wall finishing, murals, Venetian plaster and more!
