Introduction: We were founded on sound principals: 1. Education A major component of every training program should be education – and HPI offers the best in the area. By providing education on proper movement, nutrition choices, and recovery techniques, athletes and members are better prepared to improve their physical performance. At the same time, our clients are decreasing their potential for injury and creating sustainable performance during their athletic careers and lives, allowing them to continue their training outside of the facility. Education and research are the cornerstones of the HPI’s methodology. Scientific research and practice drive the creation of systems and programs that the HPI staff applies daily with its elite clients. HPI believes it is important to share this learning with the training, therapy, and nutrition communities to help give other motivated professionals a more complete toolbox to use in their careers – and maximize career performance. 2. Injury Prevention Injury Prevention is a key component of HPI gym in Virginia Beach Training programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. By training movements for sports and life, HPI focuses on creating greater functional movement to support the physical demands that athletes face in their sport or that firefighters, police officers, and military personnel face in the line of duty in addition to the physical demands of everyday life. 3. Performance HPI’s training guidelines leverage the proven methodology and collegiate style facility of HPI to revolutionize your life and transform how you perform, look, and feel each day. Our training utilizes the integrated approach of mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery that has helped power our athletes. Whether you want to increase your energy levels, run your first 5K, lose ten pounds, or just feel stronger, we can help you reach your goals. The diversity we see in our clients.     Our prices are very straight forward. Our clients know exactly what they are getting for their hard earned money!

    All of our strength coaches have either exercise science or exercise physiology degrees and have either the NSCA CSCS or NSCA CPT training certifications.
