I don't often write reviews, but a good value is not always recognized! She was absolutely amazing. I didn't work out in a while wheb I first started and she met me where I was, was patient with my endurance, my fluctuating schedule and put me on the right path. my heart rate and shortness of breath significantly improved and not one workout was ever exactly the same. She challenged me and pushed me to go further and focused on maintaining my physical health for the long run. She was also personable. Plus I lost weight. This program has allowed me to identify negative behaviors and triggers and helped me to determine healthy alternatives to addressing these issues. I have been with this program since it started almost 2 years ago. I’ve managed to lose weight and maintain my weight. I can’t wait to see how much further I can push myself on this weight loss journey. My wellness trainer Ms. Karen has helped me push through plateaus and provides me with positive affirmations to help me along the the way. She even motivationed me in moments when I didn’t even believe in myself. This program provided me with accountability and motivation. I know I wouldn’t have made it this far without her! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our consultation is free. An individual personal training session is $75; however, we offer a range of packages to help you meet your goals and your budget. Wellness coaching is $250 for 30 minutes a week for 6 weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with a consultation to find out your needs, goals, and any health concerns. Then we take your weight and measurements and complete a fitness assessment in order to obtain your baseline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are W.IT.S. certified personal trainers. Heather is a certified health coach, and I have degrees in psychology and education.
