In 2012, I began my fitness career in Miami. Two years ago, I relocated to Virginia Beach and opened a beautiful one-to-one personal training studio. We take all necessary measures and precautions to ensure the safety of our clients. When I think about exercise, it's my happy hour—a time for me to focus, relax, have fun, and take care of myself. However, my favorite part is training others because that's when I realize I can help change at least one life. I can help transform a person's lifestyle to be healthier and assist them in achieving their fitness goals. Our gym is a judgment-free place that offers exercises for everybody and every body, with a focus on each person's unique needs and goals.
