  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back in 2012 I had my last child of 3, I gained over 30 lbs. When I tell you that was the heaviest I’ve ever been. Sitting at a whopping 220 lbs was the worse.I was extremely uncomfortable.I became sick and very depressed on top of dealing post partum depression. I had to put a stop to how I was feeling and also change the way I looked in the mirror. 2013 I decided to reinvent myself! I put in the work, I changed my eating habits. While on this journey to a lifestyle change I focused on getting my personal training certification and I’ve decided to help uplift others, and also assisted in transforming their bodies and their lifestyles.
