Stu is an excellent trainer. He actually cares and push you to do your best. I looked forward to training every evening and he kept me motivated. Within 2 weeks I noticed my strength Improved and I started to see a in muscle toning. If you want to work hard and get results, this is the man that will get you there! But u have to do your part and be committed as well.

I have been attending Stu's bootcamp for a month and it is second to none!! Stu motivates each bootcamp member and gets the most out of us. Bootcamp sessions are intense but amazing fun and for those willing to put in the effort the rewards are tremendous. In 4 weeks I have lost 10lb, dropped a dress size and my fitness is better than it has ever been. Bootcamp is honestly the best fitness I have ever done and I would recommend it to anyone who is committed to changing their body and fitness.

Stu is amazing! He is really good at changing the workouts to fit your fitness level. His bootcamps are always different and lots of fun.

After trying many workout DVDs and weight-loss programs, I have to say BMBC is giving me the best results. Not only do you work your tail off, Stu also makes sure you have the nutritional program needed to maximize your results. If you don't lose with BMBC it's only because you didn't give it your all.
