FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any set rates. The reason for this is because each client is so different. Sometimes I'm traveling to the client's home for workouts and sometimes they are coming to me. I have such a wide range of goals that I work with, its difficult to just have standard rates in place. All of my pricing is based on the individual client, their needs, goals, times of week we meet, any ailments or injuries they might have, if I'm traveling to them or if their traveling to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In home/on location training for individuals and groups One on one and group personal training Competition prep. Weight loss Meal plans Nutritional Guidance Strength building Rehab for elderly or those getting back in shape after surgery
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your trainer is the right fit for YOU! There are a lot of good trainers out there but not everyone will be what you need. I wouldn't advise that you sign any long term contracts as you first want to see if you can achieve any results with the trainer you chose.
