I have been training with Zack for about 4 months now. It has been a life-changing experience for me. He makes the workouts super fun and super easy; and tailors the workouts based on your goals. Not only that, but he will also give you knowledge on nutrition so you can go about your fitness journey in a holistic manner. In my opinion, a holistic approach is the most important factor when you are trying to reach your fitness goals. We talk about life/experiences and share a laugh while working out, he is very easy to get along with. I will recommend Zack to everyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Online - $250/month 1 session per week - $303/month 2 sessions per week - $606/month 3 sessions per week - $910/month 4 sessions per week - $1200/month 3 month commitment for any package chosen. Payments can be made up front for 3 months, every month, or twice a month. In person training is done at Total Access Fitness and requires a $30/month membership fee where you will be able to access the facility 24/7.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If you are interested in training, please reach out to me for your FREE consultation and assessment. I would love to sit down with you and hear about your daily life, exercise habits, nutrition habits, stress, and sleep. These are all factors that go into transforming your body and I like to know all these things before I build you a personalized program. This also will allow you to see if you think we would be a good fit for each other, you can see my facility, and you can show me your pet pictures if you have any. Your assessment will be a short workout where I can watch you do certain exercises to see how you move, allowing me to program anything that might need a bit of correcting. Not only do I want you to look your best, but I always want you to move and feel better than you ever have.
