I have been training with Zack for about 4 months now. It has been a life-changing experience for me. He makes the workouts super fun and super easy; and tailors the workouts based on your goals. Not only that, but he will also give you knowledge on nutrition so you can go about your fitness journey in a holistic manner. In my opinion, a holistic approach is the most important factor when you are trying to reach your fitness goals. We talk about life/experiences and share a laugh while working out, he is very easy to get along with. I will recommend Zack to everyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

I've always had a Personal Trainer and I want to say that he was one of the best trainers that helped me get to my goal of losing weight. He helped me with my meal plans and was always checking up on me. I highly recommend Zack if you want someone fun, but disciplined to make sure you achieve your goals!

Zack is one of the best personal trainers i have ever worked with.I’m not one to workout but he did push me to do so! It truly is a great experience. Workouts are tiring but very worth it. Zack helps you reach the goal you aiming for.I trianed with him 3 times a week for 2 months, and i honestly saw a great improvement in my body strength.

Zack has been my personal trainer for almost 4 months now.Training with Zack was the best decision I made. Zack listens to my goals, and helps me accordingly.He helps me with my diet, and trains me 2 times per week.He's very detail oriented ; he will make sure that you are enjoying your time, achieving your goals, and learning from him.He will push you hard, but he will never push you hard enough to injure you.Zack knows what he's doing, and he's great at it.If you are looking for a personal trainer, Zack is the right man for you!

After months and months of researching trying to find the best fit for my personal training needs, I finally found Zack! Zack has been my personal trainer for almost a month now and I am getting closer to my goals, which are; leaner, stronger and to have better diet! Zack is a quality personal trainer - he will listen to your goals and will work around it, he pays very close attention to your progress, he is very attentive to your form and most importantly your body. In addition to working my tail off, he provides nutritional coaching (he is a certified nutrition coach) to ensure that the work I put in the gym doesn't go to waste because of bad eating habits. Oh, mind you, i still get to eat ice cream, but he's recommended alternatives to stay within my recommended caloric intake. It's impressive! With regards to the workouts, he really knows what he's doing. My workouts are always explosive and I've not seen a day where I'm not sore somewhere. My training sessions (twice weekly) are efficient and extremely well planned. Sometimes I have compound workouts and some session I would have isolation exercises and it definitely works for me! I dig the variety. If you are reading this, because you're undecided, I think you should give it a shot. This guy is passionate, really nice and really good at what he does. I should add that the price isn't an issue for me - he's affordable and that's why I also selected him. Stop wasting your time dilly dallying at the gym, and see a personal trainer. You won't regret it! If you decide to see him, you'll see yourself doing this rope workout :) I'll post again when I'm nearing my results, but that shouldn't be very soon. If you're ready to commit and ready for a change ... HE IS THE MAN!
