Lisa is by far the best personal trainer anyone could ask for. She is compassionate and works so hard to help meet your fitness/health goals. She is super at helping people with nutrition being super knowledgeable in the subject. I loved her as my trainer. She lifted me up when I was down and out encouraging me and provided so much complimentary communication all the time. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a top notch trainer!!

Lisa was my personal trainer and nutrition guide for 3 years at Get in Shape for Women. She is knowledgeable, and has the ability to individualize instruction in a group setting. I owe so much to her for the progress I've made, and would highly recommend her services to others..
