Lisa is a wonderful trainer. She is very knowledgeable about modifications that might be necessary to avoid injuring a weak area, while still getting the best results. Lisa strikes the perfect balance between motivating her clients to reach for their best and understanding when they need to go easier. Lisa is knowledgeable about so many aspects of fitness and nutrition, and is a caring individual - the perfect trainer!

Lisa McCann is very dedicated and committed to a person's healthy lifestyle journey. She is very encouraging and informative in living a healthy lifestyle. With Lisa as a trainer I was excited about my journey to a healthier life. She is a individualist, who is very supportive with a smile and will let you know that being healthy is a journey and to not give up on achieving that goal. Each day is a new day and with Lisa's support, you can achieve and maintain a healthier "you". I like the fact that Lisa leads by example. I looked forward to each day that I came to GISFW to train and I enjoyed the informative insight for making healthy choices and the information sessions that were held at GISFW.

Lisa is a great trainer. She is knowledgable and has her clients best interests at heart. She has been my trainer for 4 years, and I have never felt short changed in a workout. I have been sore after session with Lisa, but in a good way. I am in better shape than I have ever been -- energy is up and I am able to do much more than I could before I started training! She knows her nutrition stuff as well, and assisted me with setting up a meal plan that I could follow with foods I like. You can't go wrong with Lisa McCann!
