- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new client call, the first thing we do is try to set up a meeting either over the phone or in person to see what kind of issues they will need help with. This process is free of charge. Then once we have a better understanding of what they need, we provide a price for the service and a contract to them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In Hampton Roads the old saying is true, you get what you pay for. A lot of the companies here will tell you a cheap price to get your contract. The problem is that one of two things will happen. One the service will not be where you want it and nothing gets done or two when the job is done you will find that the fees went up or there are hidden fees that they are charging you. We believe everything should be up front. Event our contracts state what the fees are and the rates. Every time we do something if it's outside what we discussed, we contact the client and ask if they even want it done first.
