FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Liner replacement, salt system installtions and repairs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the contractor you choose knows how to properly measure your pool. If you have a freeform pool such as a Lazy L, Tru-L or Kidney shape the liner should have an AB measurement to insure a proper fit.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our pool tech has been working on pools for 30 years. He started at age 15 cleaning pools and worked for 6 of the leading builders in Hampton Roads until 2006. He can usually walk up and tell you who built your pool. Liners are our specialty. We also install salt systems, new pumps & filter systems, resurface existing concrete, replace concrete or pour & finsh new concrete. We sell and install custom safety covers, and repair pools i.e., collapsed walls, bottoms, rusted walls, pool lights, coping, etc. I would also like our customers to understand not all jobs are the same and as a company we do our best to give you a fair price and a good job. We encourage customers who need liners or extensive repairs to contact us in February, March and April, so their pool will be ready for the summer season. However we do install inground and above ground liners year-round. Openings and liner replacements keep all of the pool companies busy at the beginning of Spring. You may find them booked for up to 6 weeks. We appreciate the opportunity to serve your pool needs 365 days a year. (Closed some holidays and for winter vacation)
