BRIAN WAS AMAZING! I went on a limb seeing if I could find someone the day of to complete a project for me that day or the next for my rental property. He not only met me right away but was open and honest in regards to price and did high quality work!! I had Johnny barber come out in my absence to "fix" my fence for my renter's and I had no idea how horrible the work was. I left will l a contract I sent it email twice I did not send him the contract a month later I figured he already had it I shouldn't have to keep calling her asking my computer says it was sent so he should have kept up on everything and followed up that's not my fault wrong review
They came out and looked at the job on Saturday, Jan 6,2018 and said he would contact me Tuesday January 9, 2018 with a quote. I never heard from him. This seems to be a common practice with many contractors. It is inconsiderate and if you can’t communicate prior to a job starting it will be the same during a job. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like to sit down with the customers to discuss pricing so that we can come to an agreement that fits both our needs. I can work with the customers budget as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After I receive a call from the customer, I will set up an appointment to go out to their home or where the project is and discuss the customers ideas. I try my best to explain in detail all the procedures and go over pricing, this includes how much work it is, the labor involved, what materials are needed. I feel that is the best way in having the customer understand in detail what needs to be accomplished in getting their projects completed. After the project is completed, I will mail you flyers every year so you know who I am and so you can have my information on file for future projects you may want me to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from high school and I been a contractor with my father since I can remember and this is what my passion is.
