- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more add-on work you bundle into your project, the more discounts you receive. We offer volume-based pricing, which means: More services = better rates Bundling multiple add-ons reduces the overall cost per service Larger projects qualify for tiered discounts There are no hidden fees — all pricing is clearly outlined upfront before work begins. If any additional work is requested outside the original scope, it will always be discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the project price is agreed upon, we then discuss and schedule a date and time that works best for you. The work is completed as agreed, and payment is made after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of hands-on experience in the field, with training in both commercial and residential work. Over the years, I’ve gained practical, real-world experience working on a wide range of projects, which has strengthened my skills, efficiency, and attention to detail. My training has been primarily hands-on, allowing me to fully understand industry standards, proper techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. This experience enables me to deliver quality work while maintaining professionalism and reliability on every job.
