Leon did an amazing job catering our event. The food was incredible and he took care of every detail. We were able to relax and enjoy the evening. We are from out of town and choose Custom Cuisine from this website because he took the time to discuss the menu with me and then came to the house and prepared a fabulous feast. I highly recommend Custom Cuisine to anyone in need of catering services for any type of event.

I love Leon's work! He is so flexible and creative. I have used Leon for family celebrations, hosting clients, sit down dinner, whatever I throw at him (and usually on short notice) he gets it done! His food is wonderful and his service too. I love that he can help me work within my budget and offers helpful suggestions that help me to relax and enjoy the event whatever it may be.

Since 2004 Custom Cuisine has done a superb job! I always check out Leon's schedule before setting up my dream workshop dates. Lunch, dinner, appetizer, banquet or home party--great food, great prices--you will not be disappointed if you choose Custom Cuisine.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    There are a lot of hidden fees (cake cutting, toast pouring) that caterers add in to their contracts. Look for someone that's up front, personable and knowledgeable!
