- What types of customers have you worked with?
Vendor Referrals and selection as well as contract negotiations. Set up favors, escort cards, toasting flutes, cake knife & server set, cake topper, guest book or some form of guest sign in, programs, place cards, table number cards and more. I will deliver welcome bags to the local hotel for the guests. Assist the Maid of Honor with the bride's bustle. I provide up to two hours of Rehearsal Direction. Onsite service and decoration set up. Direct the guests from cocktail hour to the reception. Direct the wedding party as well as the bride and grooms grand entrance and other special events throughout the night. I deliver final vendor payments for the bride and groom. I will handle any last minute emergencies. Ensuring all keepsake items, decorations, cards and gifts are stored for the bride and groom. Assist the bride and groom with creating a Timeline of events for the Reception.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I will be the one who will tackle the bigger issues, like timelines and budgets, and keep you on track for everything. I will work side by side with you to make sure that I refer the best and most qualified vendors for your particular needs. I can do as little or as much as you would like for me to do. If you are looking for a planner who will be with you from the very beginning stages of planning, guiding you every step of the way and helping you locate all the best vendors and get you vendors that will provide you with referral discounts, then you want me. I work with a variety of vendors that gives my brides and grooms a discount. If you want a planner that will go above and beyond to ensure that your wedding day is a total success, then you have found that in me. I want your wedding to be as successful as you want it to be. If you simply want a planner for Day of Coordination but someone who will give you a little bit of guidance along the way because you want to plan the majority of your wedding; I can do that as well. I have worked with several DIY brides that simply wanted someone for Day of Coordination only. If you are looking for a planner who is going to be available to you via text, email and phone call; then that's me. I don't simply work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm because I do know that a lot of brides do have jobs and sometimes needs some advice or information in the late afternoon or early evening. I also meet with brides on Saturday's if I don't have another event scheduled for that day. I am able to take my brides vision and bring it to life via working with various vendors and using some of my supplies to assist in bringing everything together for a more cohesive look. You tell me your vision and I will bring it to fruition. When you and I meet and go over ideas and brainstorm, I listen to your needs and I offer suggestions to help bring everything together. In other words, I'm very thorough and creative.
