This maybe a bit lengthy but its been a while since I have encountered such stellar customer service! I had to make an emergency move from NC to VA, Karl and his guys showed up and were extremely professional and efficient. They moved me in a few hours with an impending severe snow storm coming and displayed nothing but understanding and empathy the entire time! The truck I rented was not large enough but they offered to use their truck without up charging me. They went above and beyond what was required and I could not be more grateful! If you need a team of movers that are professionals; and just good people, book these guys! Thanks Karl!

I just had one of the best experiences of my life. Out of the blue, with not a single recommendation, I contacted M&M DELIVERY SERVICE to move some furniture. They are the best. Karl and his nephew Devlin are always on time. They are friendly, courteous and very obliging and their prices are very fair. So if you need anything moved, large or small Karl is your man. I called M & M Delivery Service at the last min to have a dinette table delivered to my home in Norfolk. The team was very professional kind and friendly. They took good care of my white table set. I was impressed to see they had all the necessary equipment for transport. They took the time to strap my furniture down and wrap up everything. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give our customers the best experience, so we ask as many questions about the job as we can to make the job less difficult. We usually tell the customer to text pictures of the merchandise, & text address of where the merchandise is coming and going. We greet customers professionally and leave with job well done

We are a home grown business been in business for 6 years & counting, so most of our knowledge and training came through experience .
