I had a carport/sun room converted to a garage. I was very impressed with how quickly my project was completed. The job site was kept clean and neat at the end of each day and all trash was hauled away. Their work is solid, quality building. I am pleased with the work and will definitely use these builders again.

I had Encore remodel my parents home seeing they like most of us did not plan on getting old. Being a bilevel home I thought we were limited. But thanks to the vision of Encore my folks get around the home i grew up in better than they did when they we're a young couple I got a feeling as if they were building for there own parents with the forthought and craftsmanship and love Encore put into there home. We were impressed with the quality of work done on our bathroom remodel and achieved what we were looking for. However I am not happy with the solid core door slabs that were installed and the lack of response post completion. As you can see from the photos, there are gaps between the door and the frame that were not present with the original hollow doors. I reached out via email and text a few weeks back after I finally measured them myself and saw they were narrower than what they were suppose to be; issue was pointed out at installation; attempted remedy was installing cardboard between frame and hinges. Also had a shower shelf that was installed come off of the wall and no response on installation warranty of that.

One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Honesty, fairness and professionalism are paramount when searching for a reputable contractor. Projects were completed as “I” visualized, without pictures or drawings.
