- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is our 100% transparent pricing list: Walls $1 a square foot (if you have a 10x10 bedroom that is 100 square feet, so up to 2 coats on walls would only be $100) Trim is about $35-$50 a room which covers base boards and door casings. Doors are $25 a door side Ceilings are $25 for anything bathroom and smaller. $50 for bedrooms $100-$200 for Living rooms, great rooms, etc Only other cost would be your price of paint which we buy and pass on our discounted rates directly to the customer. We do offer a 10% discount (on labor only) for all cash payments.

Make Contact, meet for in person estimate, schedule job, paint, and finally receive payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 24 years. I am currently licensed in the state of Florida and working on my licensing here in Virginia.
