Eduardo was a pleasant addition to my list of vendors while operating a Property Management business. He was able to keep the cost of the needed repairs in a reasonable range for my property owners and provide good workmanship. He did a variety of jobs as an all-around handyman.
I believe that Eduardo sometimes overextends himself in regards to how much he will be able to accomplish during a defined time period, don't we all at times. There were a couple of small repair jobs that took a little too long to get completed. I think this was probably due to issues on other jobs that were unexpected and extended the completion time which of course pushed out the completion date for my projects. Eduardo needs to build in some extra time for all of his projects to all of his projects to help avoid this situation. It would help him as if all went well and he completes a job earlier than expected he can most likely begin another job ahead of the projected start date which will please everyone.
Eduardo is a great guy and I would have no hesitation in using his business should I have a need for them in the future.

Eduardo has worked for me for years and I would recommend him as an honest hard working man. He is also talented with many different kinds of jobs. I would work with him again in the future.
