Josh, Red, & all the craftsman with Lolark are absolute professionals. Josh was patient in getting the work started as we negotiated water damage claims between our insurance and our HOA's insurance. Once the work started, as with the entire process, Josh's consistent communication was top notch and I always felt I knew what to expect. The work was A+ quality and looks fantastic. I can't recommend Lolark enough!

Lolark did a bathroom addition with a large shower and closet build. Did everything I asked. Has a great warrant so if something does happen although it is unlikely you are covered!

My wife and I were looking to get a roof over our outside deck. After talking with other contractors we liked Josh and his team to get the job done. These guys are the best they worked with the state to get our permits. They designed the plans and worked with us to get what we wanted. The price was a fair price for the work to get done. When it was time for work they got the job done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. You can see the before and after picture. Would definitely work with Josh in the future and will be the first contractor we call if we need anything else done.

Building a complete Backyard Cottage! -Currently in phase 3 of a 9 phase project. The Lolark team is very good at communicating and is always willing to listen to ideas and help make decisions along the way. The project is on target and I believe I picked the best contractor for the job. We continue to pass inspections without any issues. Great team!

After a large plumbing failure, we were left with extensive flood damage. The flood mitigation company tore out walls and floors, including carpeting. The space was a very large mess, involving living room, hallway, bedroom and bathroom. It was very hard to envision how the space could be restored. We obtained 3 price quotes to complete the required work. Lolark's bid was competitive, neither the least expensive nor the most expensive. First let me address why we chose Lolark from the several contractors we consulted. Several things set their bid apart: 1) The cost for materials and labor for each aspect of the job was very clearly defined. Any questions that we had were immediately addressed, and clarification was always provided. 2) Lolark was available to begin work within a reasonable time, and had a clear, well-defined start date and estimated completion date. 3) Lolark was willing to work with us as we communicated back and forth via phone and email to clarify the precise scope of the project. Due to the need to file an insurance claim for our flood damage, Lolark was willing and able to provide all information required for us to file our claim. Next, let me explain why I would unconditionally recommend working with Lolark for any of your contracting needs: 1) COMMUNICATION. If you have ever needed to have work done to repair or upgrade your home, you may have had difficulty communicating with your contractor. This is not the case woth Lolark. We would always know when they were coming to work, and were available by phone or text if we had any questions or concerns. 2) QUALITY. Lolark takes their work very seriously, and understands the importance of customer satisfaction. We were always presented with a range of options for available materials that were within budget. Lolark utilizes their contacts to source the best quality materials at the best price. Every stage of our project required our approval before work could proceed. Any requests that we made were immediately addressed, down to the finest of details. The knowledge and experience of a team of experienced professionals shows through in our renovated and restored home. There is absolutely no trace of the disaster that occurred. The affected area is honestly better than it had been before the flood damage occurred. 3) INTEGRITY. When you need professional help to get a job done right, you need to be able to trust the people who are doing the work. The entire Lolark team provided completely transparent communication. This company makes very clear promises, and then follows through on them. We had the privilege of working with Josh, Wayne and Jake. They were able to take a blank canvas of disaster and turn it into a peaceful, calming space that our whole family can now enjoy. I can't say enough about how positive our experience was working with this contractor. If you have a job that really matters to you, and if they're available, hire them.
