OMG is a rare breed of honest and reliable technicians. He's passionate about his craft and determined to resolve the issue - in this case, a clogged dishwasher drain hose. Unlike standard configurations, my dishwasher is located across the kitchen, a few feet away from the sink which makes it difficult to clear especially when the obstruction is about half way through the hose. After giving it his all, he concluded the problem should be resolved by a plumber. He was disappointed to leave the work unfinished but this was out of his wheel house. Lo and behold, I get a text an hour later saying that he stopped by a plumbing store and bought a tool the the believes would work. He came back and sure enough, he unclogged the drain hose within 15 minutes. Oleg's work ethic, honesty and genuine determination deserves to be recognized and patronized. Highly recommend.

On the day of your appointment, our technicians will contact you while on route to let you know we are on our way – keeping your wait time to a minimum. Honest Service – OMG Appliance Repair team is committed to Honest Service. We only replace the parts of your appliance that are defective. If the appliance is not worth repairing, we’ll tell you that up front.
