Nikita was truly a honest and hardworking man. I had 10 windows fogged up and deteriorated. Nikita explained to me what needs to be done in detail and how I can save money by avoiding unnecessary replacements. He was a very trustworthy person to work with and did an excellent job. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Military Discounts and window installations of more than 10 windows will receive discount per every 11 window.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce the job being done before the job is done and explain every step of the way. We don’t like to rush the installation process and take care of each job being done with meticulous detail.
