Andrew responded right away to my request, I asked if he would provide a quote based on pictures, he preferred to come to the house and provide a free estimate. He showed up on time and provided me with an estimate within a few hours. It was a reasonable estimate, he provided me with the scope of work and what to expect from their service. I appreciated his professionalism and promptness. The two individuals who came to the house were very courteous, and took great care in masking off all of the moldings, cabinets, appliances as well as the hardwood floors which were just refinished. Their vast experience and knowledge really made the difference, we are extremely happy with the way everything tuned out. If you are looking for a great, reliable, experienced company to paint your home inside or out, I recommend you contacting AVP, you will not be disappointed!

Andrew was able to schedule us quickly after we bought a house and had a short window of time before we moved in to paint to whole house. Everything was done well and in the time frame we needed, he was responsive and fairly priced as well.

When I received the bid I was shocked. It was VERY reasonable compared to anyone else. They protected the floors and cabinets. Masked off everything and put down paper to protect the floors and covered the rest with plastic. they were fast and did a very, very good job. I can't say enough about how good they were.
Andrew stopped by every day to check to see if I was happy with their work, and I was very happy with the work.
I would recommend Auburn Valley Painting to anyone. And I'm very picky at what.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are different. Most projects will entail a different scope and all projects will be accurately assessed during the estimating process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts Auburn Valley Painting, we may request several detailed photos. To provide the most accurate pricing an on-site estimate will typically be required. From there we will come out and meet with the customer then email an official proposal. Once the proposal is accept we will schedule a date for your project. Something that we take pride in and differs us from other companies is that we offer 3 brush outs of your top 3 favorite colors before choosing your final colors. This offers you an opportunity to see your color in different shades and lighting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scissor lifts and Boom Certified.
These certifications allow us to operate heavy machinery on commercial projects
