    Ronald Lashley has been my personal trainer intermittently over the last three years.     I hired Ron as my personal trainer. I liked him immediately as he was very easy to get along with, seemed to know how to get the most out of me, and had a good sense of humor. How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the Marines I helped a lot of my fellow recruits pass boot camp and when I would workout, I always found myself helping others. It is a passion of mine to help others succeed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Helping adjust perception, loads of follow up. Motivating them and helping them to see how they have improved.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Just helped a client lose 70lbs over 72 days and to have him get up in front of an audience and say I was helping to save his life... That's what this is all about.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Both parties must respect and trust one another. We trust you will do what we ask of you knowing you can and you trusting enough in us that you follow knowing we have your best interest in mind.

We are not perfect. Lifestyle means healthy moderation in living.
