5-star across the board. Passionate and sincere in his focus on helping people achieve whole body health - fitness, wellness, increased energy, etc. Matched by a great knowledge of his industry and the body, and a very open and honest approach to all of the above.

Ron is awesome to work with. He works with you to get where you want, and he does not take No for an answer. It's a great partnership, he will give you his all, if you give your all. There's no halfway, you've got to be in it to win it. He's got a great sense of humor, is reliable, and knows what he's doing.

Ron is a true motivator with drive. He knows how to push you to your limits (and some) without making you feel bad. He encourages the change you need & he's funny too!

Ronald Lashley has been my personal trainer intermittently over the last three years. During that time he has helped me to improve my physical well-being by losing a total of 45 pounds and increasing my physical health and stamina considerably. Along with personal training he has provided me with excellent advice regarding nutrition and supplementation to support my progress. he has also help me to regain strength and confidence following injury. In addition to this he has served as an excellent mentor for me in my AdvoCare business.

I hired Ron as my personal trainer. I liked him immediately as he was very easy to get along with, seemed to know how to get the most out of me, and had a good sense of humor. He also referred me to a good chiropractor for some issues he couldn't fix with working out. I definitely recommend his services!
