Our refrigerator died and we had a short window to get a new one--we had some things we had to do before the new one arrived the very next day (install a water line, through walls, change out old electrical outlet). Alex was responsible and responsive. He arrived on time and finished the job within budget. Prior to starting the work, Alex offered 3 different solutions, allowing me to pick the best one for my situation.
This project involved removing and rehanging some very old windows that no longer shut properly: the house is over 100 years old, and the wooden frames contained leaded glass windows. In a similar situation, I would hire Alex again!
