Alex was responsible and responsive. He arrived on time and finished the job within budget. Prior to starting the work, Alex offered 3 different solutions, allowing me to pick the best one for my situation.
This project involved removing and rehanging some very old windows that no longer shut properly: the house is over 100 years old, and the wooden frames contained leaded glass windows. In a similar situation, I would hire Alex again!
