Theo did a great job hanging a heavy mirror and 2 candle sconces in my new home. He was on time, very efficient and his work product was superior. I will definitely hire him again for any other jobs I have around my home.

I had several different things I needed done (painting, fixing a door, mounting several items), and was struggling to find someone who was able do all the projects. I was very impressed with the Fast Fixes service today. I sent out a few requests to replace some baseboards that were damaged from moving and also a light fixture that was too tall for me to reach with my ladder. They literally came within the hour of contacting them. I saved them in my contacts and will definitely reach out again when I need handyman service.

HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services. I originally hired another pro for the job and 5 minutes before start time they cancelled. Within minutes of submitting another request, they responded and made time for a SAME DAY service. Theo went above and beyond in mounting our TV (called Derek to help as it was too high on the wall which allowed me to also use them to move heavy furniture for a 2 man job after). Both Derek and Theo mounted our TV, moved nursery furniture, safety mount nursery furniture, hung canvas photos and mirrors, and moved our heavy dresser. As a mama to a newborn they made this process so easy and stress free!! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically bill a straight forward $110/hr per guy plus materials. We have no hidden fees or surcharges. We always aim for a 5 star performance so we encourage our customers to let us know how we are doing not only when the project is done but also throughout. We typically only need one guy per project and this is always discussed with the client before starting the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting up I like to get as many details about the jobs including picture or any measurements that might be available. I'm alway available to come to look at a project to give an estimated amount of time it will take us as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a 4 man crew and growing our least experienced guy has 5 years working in the trades with our most experienced having over 20 years in construction and facilities work.
