James and Genessa did a fantastic job of designing the remodel of our living room and kitchen. They gave us lots of ideas and had great knowledge of all of the upgrade we wanted. the sub contractors were all very professional and all did a very good job. I would recommend Massey Remodel and Design to anyone who wants their remodel done right.

Home Library and Office Remodel in Sammamish, WAJames, Genessa, and the rest of the Massey team were amazing to work with for our home remodel project, which involved converting an unused formal dining area in our home into a home library and office. Genessa and her team were so helpful, creative, and thoughtful when it came to translating our vague ideas and dreams for a home library into a beautiful and practical design. And James, Davis, and the rest of their team were very organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and professional when it came to turning that design into a reality in our home. They made the design and remodel process as fun, smooth, predictable, and pain-free as possible (even when there were a couple minor delays outside their control). The entire team is very obviously passionate about their work, experienced in the industry, and dedicated to delivering a high-quality final product. We are absolutely thrilled about how our home library turned out, and we would definitely recommend Massey Remodel and Design to anyone else needing home remodel services.

My wife and I decided to go with the Masseys for our recent remodel that included kitchen, en suite, living, and dining room. I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity they displayed through the whole project. Their preconstruction process was easy, walked us through the right questions to lead us to a design we're very happy with, and was then executed on-budget and on-schedule. When complications arose (a plumbing accident that had water leaking all day while no one was home) they made everything right with no pushback at all. When finances allow, if we find ourselves redoing the rest of our hose, I won't hesitate to use the Masseys again.
