Contractor was flexible when the project revealed more repairs than could be seen originally. Was responsive and was open to discussing options and changes to scope of work. The adjustments were fair and reasonably priced despite being more in-depth. Returned the next day to complete the additional work, getting us back to normal as soon as possible despite revealing additional needed repairs.
