HIRE THEM. That's it. Just hire these ladies. I never had a group of ladies clean so well and I, a woman, have 3 male roommates, and we have 4 dogs in this house. But they made it so spotless that guests who can over the next day didn't even think we had dogs by how clean it was. 10/10 Am excited to hire them again!

They are very friendly girls, excellent customer service, I hired a deep cleaning and the work they did was more than deep, I loved this company and I will continue to hire them every two weeks, I highly recommend them!

The cleaning service was a good value. But you get what you pay for.
Some of my wood floors are left streaked . I have to hand scrub them to get the streaks out as too much water was used to mop it.

The cleaning was decent, except I did book a deep cleaning and felt it was more of an average cleaning. Nothing about it was a “deep clean”. I was really looking for a deep clean that would’ve included window seals, floor boards, stuff like that and none of that was done. I was also charged for them to do my dishes and wasn’t informed about the extra charge until they had already done half of them.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the service, you requested a Deep cleaning service WITHOUT EXTRAS, the extras are: windows, dishwashing, interior cleaning of appliances, interior cleaning of cabinets, among other things, and they were not included in the service that you requested, the deep service is a cleaning of a house that needs attention in places that have not been cleaned for a long time and that work was done in your home and we have proof of it, a standard cleaning is a basic cleaning and definitely in your house if a deep cleaning was done and even cleaned doors and walls that were scratched some windows and this was not included, we wish you had told us this while we were still in the service to detail these areas where you were dissatisfied.
