We were scheduled to have our Daughter’s home cleaned on a Saturday prior to a big event. Michelle stated they would be there between 1-2 PM. I tried to make contact all day though the app and finally got a response at 2:45 PM that they were still on the island. My Daughter and I also called their phones and straight to voicemail Very unprofessional and will never recommend them to anyone.
