Carlos was able to do a same day visit for housecleaning. My house looks amazing and he even took out a bunch of boxes I had been meaning to take to the recycling bin. He and his employee were efficient, respectful, and took pride in their work. Most importantly, I felt safe having them in my home. I’m very glad to have hired them and it’s a huge burden off my shoulders to have a clean house.

This is my first review. I have been using thumbtack for more than 2 years but never came across an unethical business like this one. First we agree on a deal where the owner quotes an amount and at the end of the day, he calls and requests more money to which I obliged because I wanted a long time services. He requests me not to talk anything about the money to the ladies who worked and he comes personally to collect the money. This was fishy definitely. It’s more than a month now and after repeatedly calling and texting about the next service date he doesn’t respond at all

We offered a quote to customer based on the information he had given us and we agreed on the price , never asked for more money than accorded , neither our company obligated anybody to pay more than what was agreed. It was surprising to find out it was a hoarder house that took hours and hours to clean, even after seeing the conditions of the house our company did not request for more money because we believe in commitment. We suggested to come over more than just once a month and customer refused. We let Praveen know if he waited another month for next clean Up , the house will ended up being as 1st day we showed up and therefore price was needed to be increased next time due to the conditions of the house, customer refused stating he was not willing to pay more. He did not call us back or followed up with Our company after first and last service to his house. Our goal is to keep our customers happy and satisfy as well as our employees, unfortunately this customer did not understand the effort and hard work our employees put in this job.
