- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the type of service, job size, and difficulty. I provide free estimates and always try to offer fair and competitive rates. -Furniture assembly: flat rates available for common items. -Lawn care & yard work: pricing depends on yard size and tasks needed. -Pressure washing: based on square footage and surface type. -Handyman work: hourly or per-job pricing, depending on the task. I offer discounts for repeat customers, bundled services, or larger jobs. No hidden fees — I’ll always explain the costs before starting.
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to fully understand the customer’s needs and the scope of the job. Once we agree on the details and price, I schedule a convenient time to get the work done. I always show up on time, with the tools and materials needed. I keep communication clear, and I work efficiently to get the job done right the first time. Please note: I do not offer trash or debris removal (yard waste, furniture boxes, etc.). I can place it in your designated bin or pile it neatly for disposal if requested. Before leaving, I make sure the customer is happy with the results. Clean-up of the work area is included, and I’m available for follow-up if needed.
 - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience built over several years of working in home maintenance, lawn care, and general handyman services. I’ve completed many jobs involving furniture assembly, yard clean-up, pressure washing, and basic home repairs. I continuously learn by staying updated on tools, techniques, and safety practices. My training comes from real-world work, not just textbooks — and I treat every job as an opportunity to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
