Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve cardiorespiratory fitness, increase flexibility, or simply improve your overall health and wellness, personal training is the answer to getting the results you want. I believe in it..I live it..it is my lifestyle. Here at Precision Nutrition, we've always included workouts in our coaching programs. Now you can have access to our database of expertly-designed workout programs and use them with clients who choose to workout as well. We offer clients comprehensive exercise programs that seamlessly integrate with their lessons and habits, maximizing their results. -28 expert-designed online workout programs for men and women. -Fully integrated into ProCoach for one seamless client experience. -Covers all common goals, skill levels, injuries & limitations. -Programs include HD video demos and detailed written explanations. -Clients can choose harder / easier options for each exercise. -Proven effective in both in-person and online coaching environments. Plus each workout track contains: -Modifications for every exercise, allowing selected clients to adjust any workout based on their current capabilities. -Hundreds of HD videos and instructions on how to do each movement. -Three variations of each workout (full workout, abbreviated workout, at-home workout) for whatever client's day brings. Workouts are delivered just like the daily nutrition habits via a card within the ProCoach platform. In this card you (client) will be given your workout for the day. And you'll be instructed via photos, high quality narrated video, and text descriptions. Each day, each client has the ability to choose from a menu of 4 options depending on the time they have available or their ability to get to the gym: 1) The full workout, 2) A shortened 30-min version of the workout, 3) An at-home version of the workout, 4) Doing my own thing. For each individual exercise, on any given day, the client (you) also has the ability to choose an appropriate progression (harder) or regression (easier) based on their skill level, or pain, or any other need. Clients (you) will mark off whether they've done their exercise for the day via a card just like their habit cards each day. And exercise consistency will be tracked in your progress area. Helping people achieve their fitness and health goals..and meeting and making a new friends. Their happiness from achieving what they set to do, it's pleasure to see.

We started working with Drahus about a month ago and have been really impressed with his approach to our fitness. In the short time that we've worked with him, we've noticed a marked improvement in our base fitness level, as well as the way we both look and feel. Drahus is incredibly motivating during our workouts, and he consistently reaches out to us on our recovery days to keep our spirits high as we work through our soreness. My husband and I have worked with a number of trainers around Seattle over the past four years, and Drahus clearly ranks at the top. (The fact that he comes to our building is going to be a definite plus as the winter rains come.)

As someone who prefers happy hours over the gym, I was definitely in need of a health overhaul. I could only handle a shorter 30 - 45 minute workout and thought the P90 program would be a good fit since I could basically use my own body weight as the "gym". Drahoslav was extremely patient, encouraging, funny and motivating. He ramped up my workouts progressively, so my body had time to adjust. On top of that, he set me up with a daily nutrition plan, as I found I needed the proper meals to sustain the workouts. I saw results so quickly and am grateful I found such a qualified trainer in Drahoslav!

Amazing trainer.... I look forward to working out with him. Funny and knowledgable... I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up and learn about nutrition.

I have tried different personal trainers before and hands down he is the best. I was a afraid at first because of the p90x but Drahos works with you and customizes the workouts for your fitness level.
