I am a senior with multiple, complex medical problems. Roxanne worked diligently to customize an exercise program that has had significant positive results. Her program has made it possible for me to improve my balance, endurance, and muscle strength. She is so enjoyable to work with that the exercise time flies by. When I relocated to an area further from her home, she accommodated me by driving a longer distance and increasing my exercise time. Exercising with Roxanne is never boring. She achieves a high level of motivation by introducing just the right amounts of novelty and variety in her exercise routines. I would especially recommend Roxanne to seniors or others with physical limitations.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    No complicated pricing plan! I try to accomadate all pay dates and even have traded training for other services from clients. I really hate to have finances be a reason to not be healthy and reach your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified in Cardio kickboxing, Bodyworks, Zumba and group training. I also teach Water Fitness classes.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    After battling with my weight and doing different activities i rediscovered my love for dance. And I realize that lifting weights is not everyones favorite thing, running may be hard on joints but Zumba was fun, burn calories and took the weight off. Then i found more confidence to move onto the weights and even got brave enough to set a goal to do a 5k and reached that goal last year..
