As a real estate professional I like to work with vendors who offer my clients the same degree of excellent service I expect of myself. Eliel of Prime Irrigation is now one of my 'go-to' vendors. My 'regular' landscaper was not available for a listing I had which was on a tight timeline. It was a large project with an 8000 SF overgrown lot. I interviewed and received bids from three vendors on Thumbtack and Eliel stood out among the three. He immediately knew what was necessary to improve the street appeal of the home. He and his crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. and he was still working with his headlamp on at 8:30 p.m. to finish up. His work ethnic, knowledge and dedication to 'get it right' impressed me. He's now at the top of my list for future projects. I was already able to refer him to a neighbor for his ongoing landscape maintenance and did it with confidence!
