A really fantastic experience from the beginning. The quote was very thorough, professional, and competitive in price, and scheduling with them was very easy. Francisco and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did beautiful work, and i genuinely enjoyed working with him. I hired them to install 6 new windows, new siding and fascia, paint, cedar detailing around the front door, and cedar soffits. The photos show the before and then several during and after photos (it’s been so rainy that I haven’t been able to get good final shots yet but will try to update if I can). The project ran into a few issues outside their control and they were very understanding and flexible when some materials I had ordered were delayed and then lost, which impacted their schedule. The construction of my house is also a bit weird and I am a particular client (I’m an architect and had a specific vision) but Francisco had excellent suggestions to problem-solve in difficult areas and the final result is better than I ever hoped. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with ER Smart Siding in August/September 2024. They were responsive and communicative, showed up each day and did great quality work. The siding looks amazing and I’ve gotten many compliments from friends and family about how much better the house looks. I would definitely recommend them (and have recommended them to my friends). As a single lady, it can feel daunting sometimes to try to tackle big expenses like this. They made the process easy and I felt that they were honest and straightforward about what was needed to get done and efficient in doing the job!
