Appliance Forces is Lightening Fast with response time on Thumbtack. The tech, Alex, came within 3 hours of my initial inquiry. Alex is a fantastic knowledgeable tech, who quickly, within nano seconds, knew what was wrong with my dryer. As he was explaining to me the issue, he had the dryer dismantled, identified the part that broke and proceeded to go to his van to get the replacement part. (Needless to say, I will never buy a Samsung dryer ever again!) He fixed it all, plus adjusted my dryer vent, straightened out my Washer and Dryer so they aligned nicely, within less than 45 minutes. All the while he let me watch and educated me on appliances care and maintenance in a respectful kind manner. I will most definitely call Appliance Forces if necessary and I highly recommend them to everyone! Important to know, that this quick response does not come cheaply, but I felt my repair was fairly priced for how quickly it was done. Gratefully, I could afford the repair, but I believe that if the next person was of meager means, they would adjust the price if possible, they seem like great people! Thanks again Alex, you rock!

We submitted a request for our dishwasher that wasn’t draining on a Thursday and was able to get someone out on Friday! Alex came and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He was GREAT. We would definitely use Appliance Forces and Alex again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    85$ service call fee, 12% discounts to seniors, military veterans and first responders.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We're sending a technician for a first visit to diagnose a problem and a service call fee will go towards the repair in case if we're proceeding with it. In some cases technician is able to complete repair on the spot, using parts carrying is stock, some cases require another visit after picking up parts from supplier, or waiting for its delivery.
