- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're all about listening to our clients and really understanding their needs. Once we get the hang of what they want, we come up with a proposal and send it their way. If they like it, we'll pop over to their site and measure everything up so we can get started. After that, we'll get to work on the first set of drawings and send them over within agreed time. We want to make sure our clients are totally happy with the designs, so we'll keep going back and forth until they're over the moon with the final result. We love working collaboratively and keeping our clients in the loop, so they always know what's going on.
